VOLUNTEER WITH OTAC!

Volunteers are the life and heartbeat of OTAC! Volunteers lead all of OTAC’s Board positions and committees and help the organization to continue to thrive and grow. The role of a volunteer as a committee or board member is to collaborate with other OT professionals and students to design, plan, and implement activities that support meeting the mission, values, and purpose of OTAC.

OTAC Volunteer Opportunities

Are you interested in volunteering for a board position?

It's a great opportunity to develop leadership skills, network with other professionals in our field, and serve a valuable role in the supporting occupational therapy in Colorado!

Would you like to volunteer on a committee?

Committees offer an interactive opportunity to collaborate with other OT professions and students, and delivering outcomes that run the Association.  Committees generally meet via teleconference. Check out the calendar to see when committees are meeting.

Volunteers who are OTAC members are eligible to earn contact hours for time served as a committee or board member.

How to get involved:

  1. Review the descriptions of board committees and board positions. Choose a committee(s) or board position where you believe your skill sets can assist OTAC's mission or where you would like to expand on your skills.
  2. You can join a committee at any time.
  3. Fill out the Volunteer Interest form or Board Position Application form

Community Volunteer Opportunities

OTAC serves the community by connecting members to local volunteer opportunities. If you have any volunteer opportunities that you would like to have posted through OTAC, please contact info@otacco.org.
