Amanda Hoffman, MS, OTR/L
Amanda Hoffman, MS, OTR/L is Colorado's representative to the Representative Assembly (RA) with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). She has been an OT practitioner and AOTA member for 15 years and an OTAC member since moving to Colorado in 2011. She has also been a member of OTAC's Legislative Committee and served at OTAC secretary 2021. Her passion for advocacy is evident through her participation in OTAC's Legislative Committee, serving as OTAC's secretary in 2021, and receiving an AOTA service award for her contributions to AOTA's Physical Rehabilitation Board Certification.
Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of roles that have developed her skills as an innovative and inclusive leader, problem-solver, and a compassionate caregiver. Amanda believes in the importance and power of advocacy at the state and national level. She is committed to furthering the profession and expanding occupational therapy services to meet the needs of our diverse communities. As Colorado's representative to the RA, she advocates for the voices of occupational therapy practitioners from Colorado to be heard at the national level.
