ForMotion Clinic (formerly RISE Prosthetics + Orthotics) is part of the ForMotion global network of orthotic and prosthetic patient care clinics. The Creighton University Department of Occupational Therapy offers four pathways to earn a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree: a traditional campus in Omaha and hybrid pathways in Denver, Phoenix, and Anchorage. In addition, our AOTA-approved post-graduate Occupational Therapy Fellowship programs in Pediatrics, Neurology, and Gerontology were developed exclusively for occupational therapists who are new graduates or early in their professional careers who want to become specialists and leaders in their area of practice.

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
