OTAC anticipates over 200 registrants (our largest conference ever!) will join us for a weekend full of interactive educational and rejuvenating sessions at the beautiful Sun Outdoors Resort in Granby, Colorado (see venue and accommodation information below).

This year's innovative conference is attracting students and practitioners from across the state, out of state, AND the president of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)! You won't want to miss this unique opportunity to engage with a diverse group of OT students and practitioners and enjoy the beauty of the Colorado outdoors at our fun venue!

Exhibitor table prices are $250 lower this year! We have a shorter exhibitor timeframe (Friday afternoon - Saturday lunch) to make it more affordable and possible for our exhibitors to join us in Granby. We will have a special Friday afternoon Happy Hour scheduled for 2 hours of unopposed exhibitor time!


  • Exhibitor Table Onsite ($500) (OTAC Corporate Members receive a $100 discount)
    • FRIDAY afternoon set up 2-4, Exhibitor Happy Hour 4:30-6:30pm
    • SATURDAY Exhibitor Times 7-8:30am, 9:30-10am, 12-1pm. Breakdown 1-2:30 pm
  • Online Exhibitor ($300) - marketing online and flyer at conference with QR code to website for Scavenger Hunt

  • 1 Event Sponsorship ($3,500) (OTAC Corporate Members receive a $100 discount)

  • 1 Keynote Sponsorship ($1,500) (OTAC Corporate Members receive a $100 discount) (Chanda Hinton, Chanda Center for Health)

These sponsor levels have the option to have an exhibitor set up in the FRONT of the event room for the full conference as well as additional benefits including free conference tickets, additional marketing, and other benefits.


Sun Outdoors has a beautiful event center where indoor workshops and activities will be held during the conference.

*Exhibitors will be set up in the back of the main event room and will be open to the full event space during Happy Hour, Breakfast, and during the Saturday full group morning session. (*Keynote and Event Sponsor will be set up in the front of the event space for the entire conference)

  • All exhibitor and sponsor levels will be included in OTAC conference social media, website, emails, and conference materials including our popular exhibitor scavenger hunt to qualify for prize drawings.
  • OTAC welcomes sponsors and exhibitors to donate items (in person items or online gift cards)
  • We have condensed the exhibitor times (*except for the Keynote and Event Sponsor levels) to Friday afternoon (13th) through early afternoon on Saturday (14th) to make it more affordable for exhibitors and to give exhibitors time to enjoy some of the many activities available in and around Granby, Colorado.
  • All exhibitor levels (except online) are eligible for one FREE BONUS!

    Choose between a 60 day job posting ($275 value) on the OTAC job board OR one half price registration conference ticket ($172.50 value/$135 value for OTAC members).

  • Online exhibitors will be included in all social media, website, and conference information materials and will be included in the on-site exhibitor scavenger hunt at an online sponsor table that will share a your exhibitor flyer and will require attendees to visit your website to qualify for the scavenger hunt prize drawing to be held on Sunday morning.


  • SET UP: Friday, September 13th 2-4pm
  • TEAR DOWN: Saturday 1:00-2:30pm


    • SET UP: Thursday, September 12th : 12 - 1pm
    • TEAR DOWN: Sunday, September 15th: 11am -12pm
  • FRIDAY: 4:15-6:30 - Exhibitor Happy Hour with grazing table food and cash bar
    • Coffee/breakfast time 7-8:30am
    • Break: 9:30-10am
    • Lunch: 12-1pm

*Keynote Sponsor and full event sponsorships will include exhibitor set up for the entire conference, (Thursday afternoon-Sunday morning) and includes hot buffet breakfast on Sunday morning for two exhibitor booth staff.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to OTAC. Refund requests received by Thursday, August 15th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from August 16th through September 1st will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after September 1st or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event.
