Member Services Chair

Julie Silver Seidle, PHD, OTR/L

What do you love about OT?

I love that occupational therapy helps connect people with the things that are important to them in an endless variety of ways. I truly believe it is an honor and a privilege to do this work.

How did you choose this profession?

I wanted to be in a health profession that supported people in their everyday lives. I was introduced to OT through the experiences of multiple family members and was immediately hooked.

Why did you choose to become an OTAC board member?

I enjoy learning and being around folks that are passionate about OT. OTAC is great way to connect with passionate OTPs doing cool work to support and promote our profession. I am continuously inspired and energized by the work that is happening within OTAC and joining the board is a great way to give back to the profession that I love so much.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Colorado?

Anything that lets me enjoy the sun, trees, or mountains!
