What do you love about OT?

The opportunity to be creative, medical, and holistic form of healthcare all in one. I really get to make an impact on the lives of the people I serve because I can use my full scope with multiple approaches.

How did you choose this profession?

I was working as a respite provider and skilled goal worker for an individual that had a stroke. His mother actually suggested, "you would make a great OT." and from there I asked what OT was and the rest all leads to where I am now.

Why did you choose to become an OTAC board member?

I want to be more involved in my state community, help more in the profession, and continue to help people stoke their fires for OT.

What's your favorite thing to do in Colorado?

Being in the mountains
