We’re excited to announce that sponsor and exhibitor registration is now open for the OTAC Annual Conference, Summit to Success: Reaching New Heights in OT, taking place at the beautiful Sun Outdoors Resort in Granby, Colorado.

Our conference sponsors and exhibitors play a vital role in the overall success of this event and our attendees truly look forward to networking, learning and connecting with you throughout the weekend.

OTAC anticipates welcoming approximately 200 registrants for a weekend filled with interactive educational sessions, professional growth, and rejuvenation - all set against the stunning backdrop of the Colorado mountains!

This innovative conference continues to attract OT students and practitioners from across the state, creating a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse and enthusiastic audience while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors at a truly fun venue.

Level 2: Keynote Sponsorship - Saturday

Level 1 & 2 Sponsorship Levels Include:

  • Onsite table location in the front of the main conference room and in the hallway. 
  • Whole weekend of networking! Table set up for sponsors starting Thursday, September 24th from 12-1PM.  Tear down will be Saturday night or Sunday morning. **Exhibitors are only present Saturday - sponsorship is all weekend!
  • Advertisement of your sponsorship on OTAC's social media, website and within our e-mails - includes live link to your website!
  • Logo on OTAC Scavenger Hunt Card. Attendees visit your booth to learn more about your company and a signature on their cards. Attendees enter the completed cards for a chance to earn prizes!
  • Exhibitor Happy Hour on Saturday & free breakfast buffet on Sunday morning
  • Choose between a 60 day job posting ($275 value) on the OTAC job board OR discount on one conference ticket ($100 off).

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to OTAC. Refund requests received by Thursday, August 20th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from August 16th through September 1st will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after September 1st or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event.
