The 2026 OTAC Conference will build on the success of our 2024 and 2025 conferences, featuring interactive, activity-based sessions that take full advantage of our unique outdoor setting, along with engaging indoor learning experiences.

OTAC Member Registration Options
We’re pleased to share that conference registration rates remain the same as last year as well as adding a one day option. We’re committed to keeping this event accessible while continuing to provide a high-quality, engaging experience for all attendees.
- OTAC Member Early Bird Full Weekend: $300
Full weekend includes Thursday night through Sunday morning.
- OTAC Member Early Bird Single Day : $175
Friday or Saturday only

Non-Member Registration Options
If you are an out of state practitioner or another discipline. Email OTAC with proof of your state association membership to receive our OTAC member pricing!

Media: Please note that photographs and video may be taken throughout the conference and used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media and other association materials. If you prefer not to have your photo used, please let us know at check-in and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
COVID-19/Health Policy: OTAC gives priority to our attendees’ and clients’ health. If you are ill, experiencing symptoms or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. Reach out to info@otacco.org for next steps!
Cancellations: All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to OTAC. Refund requests received by August 11th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds received from August 11th through September 1st will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 administrative fee. There are no refunds after September 1 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitute attendees are encouraged.
