Lunchtime is FREE TIME at this year's OTAC conference!
There are no official presentations for the one hour lunch breaks both days of the conference (but please visit the exhibitors)!
To keep costs down and maximize free time for lunch, OTAC has worked with award winning caterer A Spice of Life to create a delicious menu of hearty and healthy boxed lunches to accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Gluten-free, diary-free, vegan, and vegetarian options are available.
NOTE: The PACE center has been wonderful to work with, and they require events to purchase food from their approved caterers. Outside food or food delivery is not permitted under our contractual agreement. If you choose NOT to purchase a boxed lunch we’ll kindly ask you to eat lunch that you bring yourself off-site or enjoy lunch at a local restaurant nearby. If you need special accommodations for dietary or other needs that cannot be met by the boxed lunch choices please notify OTAC at info@otacco.org
ADDITIONAL LUNCH INFORMATION
ON SITE LUNCH : OTAC is pleased to offer boxed lunches for purchase to maximize your time and energy at the PACE center for conference.

- We strongly encourage you to consider ordering a boxed lunch but it is not required.
- All lunch options cost $25 – which is the cost to OTAC for the food, delivery, gratuity, taxes and fees; no profit is made by OTAC.
- OTAC will provide a variety of drinks during the conference.
- Boxed lunches will be delivered at 11:30 am each day and will be ready for you to pick up during the lunch break. Please KEEP A COPY of your boxed lunch registration confirmation email. You will need it to pick up your lunch order.
- Boxed lunch orders must be received by Sept 30th. (no late orders)
OFF SITE LUNCH OPTIONS:
- If you would prefer not to purchase a boxed lunch and eat lunch off site we encourage you to bring food from home or purchase lunch in the surrounding neighborhood. (see note above)
- Restaurant options are available in historic downtown Parker within a 5 minute walk from the PACE Center. It's a lovely area!
- Lunch Lady Monitor (& OTAC Vice President) Matt Dodson will be making the rounds at lunch time to gracefully remind you that if you’re eating outside food we’ll need you to do so off site. Don’t make him throw navy beans at you (gross motor accuracy is not a strength)! NOTE: Matt says he has a lunch lady outfit he will be wearing so have your cameras ready!
