Preparations are underway for the 2024 OTAC conference in beautiful Granby Sept 12-15th!

The conference will start in the evening on the 12th and end late morning on the 15th. There will also be an optional community service day on Thursday (changed from Wednesday) Sept 12th.

If you are planning to attend, please pre-register to help OTAC determine space planning and lodging needs at the resort. You must make your reservations directly with Sun Outdoors and instruction will be sent in your pre-registration confirmation email. There is no cost to pre-register,.

Pre-registrants will have first option to register when full registration is available! We expect this conference to sell out early, so we recommend pre-registering to hold your spot.

*Pre-registration will open for non-members on March 1st.

SUN OUTDOORS RATES 2024 CONFERENCE

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS ONLINE - Once you pre-register you will receive instructions in your confirmation email for making discounted reservations at the venue.

NOTE: Rates listed are per night. You can reserve dates before and after the conference at the same reduced rates for the additional nights. Reserve extra dates early as we do not have the cabins held for dates outside the conference and they will fill from outside reservations.

There is an additional $10 resort fee per night plus approx. 10% tax. You will need to leave a 50% deposit when you place your reservation. This is fully refundable up to 14 days before check in. No refunds after 14 days prior.

Airstreams:

Airstream Flying Cloud $127 Sleeps up to 6, Queen bed, lofted bunkbed with 2 twin beds, convertible bed in dining area, full kitchen, patio, fire pit. NO PETS

Airstream Globetrotter $110 Sleeps up to 4. Queen bed, convertible bed in dining area, full kitchen, patio, fire pit. NO PETS

Tiny Houses: Dogs allowed

Arrowhead Studio $143  Sleeps up to 4 - King Sized bed, pull out sleeper sofa, kitchenette, porch, fire pit.

Arrowhead Studio Accessible $143  Wheelchair accessible ramp and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 - King Sized bed, pull out sleeper sofa, kitchenette, porch, fire pit.

Bear Claw $160  2 bedroom, Sleeps up to 6. Queen Sized bed, Twin over full bunkbed, pull out sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining area, porch, fire pit.

Fox Tail $147   Sleeps up to 6 - King Sized bed, pull out sleeper sofa, Queen sized bed in overhead loft, kitchenette, porch, fire pit.

Fox Tail Accessible $147 Wheelchair accessible ramp and bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 - king bed, pull out sleeper sofa, Queen sized bed in overhead loft, kitchenette, porch, fire pit.

Lookout Lodge $322 (plus $150 cleaning fee) (only 4 available) Sleeps up to 8 total in 2 separate attached spaces. Main cabin has 1 bedroom with a king or queen bed, pull out sleeper sofa in the full living area, full kitchen, and washer & dryer. The second cabin (attached by a patio deck) has one bedroom with a queen bed, pull out sleeper sofa in living room, kitchenette. NO PETS

Standard Back-in RV site - dogs allowed = $83.12/night including tax and any fees

Sun Outdoors is currently holding all 88 tiny houses (5 wheelchair accessible), as well as the Airstreams and 20 RV sites for our conference. (We can add more RV sites as needed)
